Agree, the premium seating model would be/could be used to offset any


debt service (after a renovation). If we had something like four suites (like we have for baseball), and charged (This is just me throwing out a figure), $7500 per suite, and then had something like 12 premium tables and charged $1000 per table, that would be $42,000 per year. That is before "regular" season ticket revenue kicked in, plus single game tickets (if any). I think we would have no trouble filling those premium seating options. Then, if we could get a company for naming rights, say $2M over ten years. That would provide another $200K per year to cover debt service. Even if you negotiated $1.5M over ten years, $150K per year would take care of a lot of concerns......

But, agree softball is hot!!
